Research Centers

In 2002, the assessment of the past INRST achievements triggered the creation and strengthening of Laboratories and Units in the respective fields of Renewable Energy, Water Research, and Plant Biotechnology.
Within this frame, keen on reaching the highest goals of scientific development, the Tunisian President ordered the establishment of a pole which will encompass 3 Research Institutions relating to those even areas.
These 3 Centers, set in 2006, have mainly been planned to reach the Pole goals, aiming at promoting innovative and competitive enterprises complying with the national, as well as international priorities .
